The turnkey service is for clients who want a finished space without managing the process themselves. You attend three milestones: concept approval, design sign-off, and handover. Everything in between — procurement, vendor management, site supervision, quality control — is handled by the studio.

This is not a premium add-on. It is how MDP Design Studio prefers to work. Full ownership of the process means full accountability for the result. When we say the space will be ready on a date, it is because we control every dependency that affects that date.

Our vendor network has been built over five years, selected for quality and reliability. We do not use vendors we do not trust with our own name. Every material is checked on arrival. Every installation is signed off before the next phase begins.

The result is a space that is exactly what was presented — not a version of it.
